Albany police searching for a man who faces burglary and battery charges

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department Criminal Investigations Bureau is soliciting the public’s assistance with locating Kalynn Jameel Zackery, who is wanted for multiple charges including burglary and aggravated battery.

Police say that on Friday Zackery forced his way into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and kicked in her bedroom door, resulting in the woman sustaining a facial fracture. The incident was witnessed by her daughter.

Zackery is described as being 5-foot-5 and weighing 195 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. The warrants that have been issued against him are for burglary in the first degree, criminal trespass, aggravated battery and cruelty to children in the third degree.
