APD needs help locating suspects

ALBANY — According to an Albany Police Department bulletin, Robert Whaley III is wanted for two entering autos and criminal trespass charges.

On Jan. 28, Whaley is accused of entering his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle twice without her permission and taking items. Whaley, 35, stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds.

Denzel Ford, 19 is wanted for criminal trespass, probation violation and burglary. On January 10, an unknown person entered a vacant house on the 2300 block of Dervan Street and stole a refrigerator. Ford is a suspect in the case, police said. Ford is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.

A man snatched a woman’s purse at about 7:20 p.m. Jan. 27 on the 2200 block of Whispering Pines Road near Sherwood Baptist Church. He was described as a black man, more than 45 years old, standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He wore light shorts and a white and blue pinstripe shirt.
