APD responds to break-in

ALBANY — Among the incidents the Albany Police Department responded to over the weekend and into Monday morning was a break-in at an East Albany restaurant.
Wagner’s BBQ in East Albany, located at 2406 Sylvester Road, was burglarized early Monday, according to police reports.
The break in took place between 3:40 a.m. – 4:50 a.m. Forced entry was achieved through a side window, reports show.
Police officials say the complainant, Eric Wagner, stated that unknown suspects entered the business without permission or authority and took an unknown number of items.
The case remains under investigation.
