APD seeks community’s help in search for missing girl

ALBANY — Heather Spargo, 14, left her home on the 700 block of 16th Avenue in Albany sometime after 5 p.m. Tuesday, the Albany Police Department reported.

No one has seen her since and the police would like the community to help in locating her for her family, said Phyllis Banks police spokeswoman.

“No foul play is suspected,” Banks said.

Spargo was described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. When last seen she was wearing blue jeans and a gray and white shirt.
