Arrests listed for Phoebe brawl case

ALBANY, Ga. — Police have issued a list of arrest and warrant information for individuals involved with a disturbance in the emergency room of Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital on April 22.

Officials say the “brawl,” in which several nurses and doctors were pushed and shoved, began after Angel Wheeler, 22, allegedly stabbed Willie Lewis, 19, in the left side of the chest chest at 436 Gaines Ave. following an argument between the two at L’Jua’s Restaurant on Radium Springs Road. Both were transported to the hospital by relatives.

Police say that at the hospital, a fight broke out while medical personnel tried to deal with the injury.

Albany police have charged Quantavious Cortez Thomas, 30, with five counts of simple battery, one count of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespass.

Altravious Antwan Thomas, 33, (still wanted); Montravious Monque Gibson, 25; Brian Keith Massey II, 26; Dantrell Stephen Harris, 22 (still wanted); Cedrick Octavious Marshall, 33, and Latosia Cassaundar Thomas, 27, have each been charged with one count of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespass.
