“Kudos to Public Works individual George Haggety, who came out to investigate our storm drainage issue on Westgate and Regalwood. He was a tremendous help and very professional. I appreciate his prompt attention in investigating what could be done. The 311 operator was very courteous as well. That is a wonderful service for Albany residents. Thanks to both.”
