“Please allow me to show my heart-felt appreciation for the 311 operators, and all the personnel responsible for weekly and bi-weekly trash, leaf, limbs, and other debris pick-ups. My wife called late one afternoon, and at 7:30 the next morning the driver and bucket were doing their thing.”
