Buttery Rutabaga (or Turnip Roots)

BUTTERY RUTABAGA or TURNIP ROOTS
This also is good with sweet potatoes or carrots, but omit the garlic.
What you need ..
2 lbs. pealed and grated (medium grate) rutabagas or turnips
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Molly McButter or other butter substitute
What you do …
Place grated rutabaga in a large skillet.
Add water, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover with tight-fitting lid. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, sprinkle butter substitute over mixture, blend and serve.
