City of Albany to participate in Business Resource Expo

ALBANY — The city of Albany’s Downtown Manager’s Office will participate in the Southwest Georgia Business Resource Expo planned for Aug. 26.

The expo will be held at the Albany State University West Campus Student Center Ballroom (Room C 266), which is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event aims to connect participants with resources that help with business planning, networking, marketing, labor shortages, credit coaching and finances.

The expo will be hosted by Albany Community Together and the Center of Educational Opportunity. Event sponsors include Albany State University, Advance Technology Development Center (Georgia Tech), the Albany Downtown Manager’s Office, Georgia Micro Enterprise Network and SBA.
