Dancers to present ‘Hot Off the Dance Floor’

ALBANY — Some of the top young dancers in the area will be spotlighted May 23-24 when Kathy Hawkins and the Pritchett-Pippin Dancers present “Hot Off the Dance Floor” at 7 p.m. Both performances are scheduled at Albany High School.
Tickets are $10. All seats are reserved. Tickets will be on sale at the Albany High auditorium today and Tuesday from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. and May 21-22 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. as well as one hour before the actual performances.
In addition to showcasing local dancers from the Pritchett-Pippin School of Dance, the annual event is a major fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County. Proceeds help fund the club’s numerous community service projects.
Kiwanis Club of Dougherty volunteers will provide backstage help, and assist with ticket and program ad sales and ushering.
