Donalsonville venue to host Red Cross CPR class

DONALSONVILLE — McFadden Nature Center is offering an American Red Cross CPR Class at the Lion’s Hall here on Jan. 28.

Prices have been discounted for local participants.

Officials say participation will be limited, so interested persons should RSVP to confirm a place in the class. Reserve a spot in the class by contacting Sherryl Lapping at (229) 254-2101 or [email protected].

The class consists of CPR Training, including adult and pediatric first aid/CPR/AED with life-threatening bleeding and tourniquet from 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Add-on training will include head, neck, muscle, bone and joint injuries, and splinting.

The add-on class will continue from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Cost of the CPR class is $100, while add-on instruction is $20.

Lion’s Hall is located at 100 South Wiley Ave. in Donalsonville.
