Dougherty commission continues to grapple small biz question

ALBANY – The Dougherty County Commission continues to debate whether it should dissolve the office that helps small business get access to government contracts.
If it is dissolved, the commission is considering a $50,000 proposal by Georgia Tech to outsource the program to them.
