Florida burglary suspect caught in Albany

ALBANY — A burglary suspect on the run from Miami was caught in Albany over the weekend.

An Albany Police Department report says that officers caught up to Brandon Landry at 4:30 a.m. Sunday at the Krystal at 713 W. Oglethorpe Blvd.

The report states that Landry informed the officer he was wanted in Miami. The APD officer was able to confirm he was wanted in that area for burglary and possession of a firearm.

Landry was then taken to the Dougherty County Jail.
