Notes: Observed no certified food safety manager — interior of ice maker soiled — no easily readable thermometer in the refrigerator behind smoothie bar — food handler not wearing hair restraint — brooms and dust pan not properly stored off the floor.

Notes: Observed washed apples stored uncovered — hand wash sink soiled with food debris — Dumpster pad water faucets require backflow prevention.

Notes: Observed pre cooked chopped steak, that is not properly date marked — cases and pallets of prepackaged food stored less than 6 inches off the floor — food service permit not posted — single service items stored under sink drain — walk in cooler door gasket in need of cleaning — no indirect plumbing on 3 compartment sink — no drain plug on garbage dumpster — brooms and dust pan improperly stored.
