ALBANY — The Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted Fugitive this week is Germaine Stephens. All fugitives on the Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.

Germaine Stephens of Albany is wanted by authorities on two felony assault counts involving firearms.

Stephens, no age given, is described as a black male who is 5-feet-8 and weighs approximately 133 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and multiple tattoos on his neck and both arms. His last known address is 1305 S. McKinley St.

There are two active felony arrest warrants against Stephens for the offenses of aggravated assault with a firearm.
