SPECIAL EVENTS
Bishop Tremaine O. Alford Sr. and the church membership will culminate Greater Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church’s weeklong celebration of his pastoral anniversary with services tonight and Sunday. The church, located at 115 Forrest St. in Thomasville, will hold services at 7:30 p.m. today and at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday. Theme of the celebration is “God’s man working in the vineyard” (from II Timothy 4:5).
The public is invited to help Evangelistic Tabernacle Family Outreach Center in Vienna celebrate its 39th Founder’s Day tonight and Sunday. The theme of the celebration is “Laboring in Love” (from Hebrews 6:10), and the church’s pastor, Bishop Arthur West, certainly has done that.
