ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 28 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:
— First degree burglaries on the 800 block of South Maple Street and the 2800 block of Mclain Lane;
— Suspended or revoked drivers license on the corner of West Oakridge Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;
— Entering automobiles on the 2300 block of Old Dominion Road, the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard and the 2300 block of South Madison Street;
— Criminal trespasses on the 100 block of Daniels Court, the 500 block of South Van Buren Street, the 2800 block of Mclain Lane, the 1600 block of Garder Drive and the 1700 block of Dawson Road;
— Family violence on the 1500 block of Webb Street;
— Missing person on the 800 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Disorderly conducts on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 2500 block of Bascom Drive and the 1200 block of Sixth Avenue;
— Thefts by taking on the 500 block of North Audubon Drive, the 400 block of Flint Avenue, the 600 block of Tift Avenue and the 1600 block of East Oglethorpe;
— Thefts by shoplifting on the 1600 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 400 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Computer theft on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;
— DUI on the 800 block of North Davis Street;
— Operation without revalidation decal on the 1900 block of Clark Avenue;
— Harassing phone calls on the 2600 block of Devon Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 14 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:
— Thefts by taking on the 200 block of Oleander Road, the 500 block of Pine Bluff Drive and the 5700 block of Goldenrod Road;
— Auto accidents on the 3200 block of Gillionville Road, the corner of Liberty Expressway Southeast and Honeysuckle Drive, the 4700 block of Old Dawson Road, the 1800 block of Liberty Expressway Southeast and the corner of Liberty Expressway Southeast and Holly Drive;
— Suspicious persons on the 3800 block of Leary Road, the 3300 block of Sylvester Road and the 300 block of Azalea Boulevard;
— Criminal trespass on the 400 block of Philema Road;
— Suspicious auto on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Family violence on the 2800 block of Spelman Drive.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least three calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:
— Building fire on the 3500 block of Habersham Road;
— Unauthorized burning on the 900 block of West Tift Avenue;
— Medical assist on the 1500 block of 10th Avenue.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to at least 61 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The calls included three chest pains, three abdominal pains, eight respiratory issues, 21 general sicknesses, one headache, three altered mental statuses, one stroke, three seizures, two cardiac arrests/deaths and one other medical call.
The trauma calls included six auto accidents, four falls and one traumatic injury. Other types of calls included two local transports and two medical alert activations.
