ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 28 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Suicide attempts on Moultrie Road and Seventh Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 2700 block of Brittany Road, the 2000 block of Schilling Avenue and the 1300 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Second-degree burglary on the 2300 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Thefts by taking on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 2500 block of Stuart Avenue, the 500 block of Eugemar Drive and the 300 block of Flint Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 800 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 1000 block of South Cleveland Street, the 1300 block of North Jefferson Street, the 500 block of South McKinley Street, the 1300 block of Montego Court and the 1600 block of North Valencia Drive;
— Possession of marijuana on the 2000 block of Schilling Avenue;
— Aggravated assault, firearm, on the 500 block of Rosenberg Street;
— Possession of marijuana on the corner of North Maple Street and East Residence Avenue;
— Aggravated assault on the 600 block of North Haley Street;
— Deceased person on the 700 block of Crawford Drive;
— Entering autos on the 1200 block of Mulberry Avenue (two counts);
— Aggravated assault, family violence, on the 1100 block of West Fourth Avenue;
— Battery/family violence on the 600 block of Johnson Road;
— Simple battery, family violence, on the 100 block of Kalmon Avenue;
— Missing person on the 1600 block of Beverly Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least seven calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Unwanted guest on the 1000 block of Butternut Avenue;
— Discharging firearm on the corner of Stephen Lane and Nixon Drive;
— Assist motorist on the 3300 block of Sweetbriar Road;
— Burglary supplemental report on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;
— Theft by taking on the 2500 block of Homestead Avenue;
— Family violence on the 700 block of Cordele Road;
— Assist other agency on the 2500 block of Imperial Street.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least six calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Arcing electrical on the 1500 block of Clark Avenue;
— EMS call on the 400 block of West Society Avenue;
— Overheated motor on the 200 block of Pine Avenue;
— Building fire on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive;
— Medical assist on the 2700 block of Ledo Road;
— Steam leak on the 2400 block of Radium Springs Road.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 56 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included one chest pain call, three abdominal pain/problem calls, one lift assist call, two headache calls, eight respiratory issue calls, 24 general sickness calls, three fainting calls, three abnormal behavior/suicide attempt calls and two cardiac arrest/death calls. Trauma calls included one overdose call, two auto accidents, four falls and one traumatic injury call. Other calls included one standby for APD.
