ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 32 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Financial transaction card fraud on the 300 block of East Oakridge Drive;
— Disorderly conduct on the 400 block of West Third Avenue, the 2000 block of Palmyra Road and the 400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Entering autos on the 1500 block of McArthur Street, the 900 block of North Maple Street, the 1000 block of Crawford Drive, the 1300 block of Mercantile Drive and the 400 block of North Magnolia Street;
— Simple assault, family violence, on the 200 block of Telfair Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 1300 block of Mercantile Drive, the 1500 block of Elva Street, the 300 block of South Jackson Street, the 3100 block of Graystone Lane and the 2800 block of Mclain Lane;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 1200 block of West Lincoln Avenue and the 2100 block of West Waddell Avenue;
— Second-degree burglaries on the 2300 block of 12th Avenue and the 1700 block of Parker Avenue;
— Thefts by taking on the 400 block of Gaines Avenue, the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 2300 block of Dominion Court, the 1300 block of North Monroe Street and the 1300 block of East Residence Avenue;
— Simple battery on the 500 block of Emily Avenue;
— Child molestation on the 500 block of Pinson Road;
— Injured person on the 400 block of West Third Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road.
— First-degree burglaries on the 1000 block of South Davis Street and the 200 block of North Mock Road.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 17 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Property miscellaneous damage on the 1200 block of Moultrie Road;
— Assistance to another public safety agency on the 2200 block of Antioch Road;
— Lost/misplaced property on the 600 block of Holly Drive;
— Family violence on the 3000 block of Clark Avenue, the 3700 block of Countryside Drive and the 100 block of Redbud Drive;
— Traffic control at the intersection of South Mock Road and Duitman Road and the 1200 block of Liberty Expressway Southeast;
— Suspicious autos on the 4600 block of Sylvester Road and at the intersection of South County Line Road and Moultrie Road;
— Suspicious persons on the 1000 block of Butternut Avenue and the 4700 block of Clewiston Lane;
— Arson of lands on the 1500 block of Williamsburg Road;
— Criminal trespass warning on the 3900 block of Gillionville Road;
— Accidental hit and run on the 2100 block of South County Line Road;
— Auto accident at the intersection of Gillionville Road and Flowing Well Road;
— Assistance to a motorist on the 400 block of Philema Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 11 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Motor vehicle accidents on the 2700 block of Palmyra Road, the 500 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the intersection of North Westover Boulevard and Meredyth Drive, the 2200 block of Gillionville Road, the 200 block of East Broad Avenue and the 1300 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Passenger vehicle fires on the 1400 block of Liberty Expressway Southeast and the 2200 block of Heather Drive;
— Brush or brush-and-grass fire mix on the 1500 block of Williamsburg Road;
— Building fire on the 100 block of Telfair Avenue;
— Overheated motor on the 100 block of National Court.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to at least 66 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate.
The medical calls included two chest pains, one abdominal pain/problem, one allergic reaction/string, one lift assistance, eight respiratory issues, 17 general sicknesses, one altered mental status, two strokes, four seizures, three abnormal behaviors/suicide attempts and two various medical issues.
The trauma calls included six auto accidents, nine falls, three lacerations, one animal bite and one fire. The other calls included one transport call and one medical alert activation.
