ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 23 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Thefts by taking on the 400 block of Hickory Lane, the 700 block of Douglas Avenue, the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 1400 block of East Waddell Avenue and the 3900 block of Rodnor Forest Lane;

— Entering automobiles on the 100 block of Collins Street, the 900 block of Pine Avenue, the 200 block of Clay Street and the 2300 block of Winchester Road;

— Burglaries on the 2200 block of Gillionville Road and the 900 block of West First Avenue;

— Criminal trespasses on the 400 block of Ebony Lane, the 600 block of Moultrie Road, the 200 block of Slater King Drive, the 1400 block of Dawson Road and the 800 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Simple batteries on the 1100 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road and on Sutton Place;

— Thefts by shoplifting on the 300 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 600 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Possession of marijuana on the 2200 block of Dawson Road;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least five calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Man down on the corner of South Slappey Boulevard and West Oakridge Drive;

— Burglary of a residence on the 1900 block of Weymouth Drive;

— Suicide attempt on the 2700 block of Astoria Drive;

— Auto accidents on the corner of Mock Road and Fleming Road and on the corner of Moultrie Road and Power Lane.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— EMS calls on the 3100 block of Autumn Drive, the 1100 block of Julia Avenue and the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road;

— Building fires on the 300 block of Flint Avenue and the 1500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Cooking fire on the 2800 block of North Doublegate Drive;

— Outside rubbish or trash fire on the 400 block of Florence Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 49 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included eight chest pain calls, four respiratory issue calls, 19 general sickness calls, three abdominal pain/problem calls, two unknown/man down calls, two diabetic issues, two cardiac arrest/death calls and one abnormal behavior/suicide attempt call. Trauma calls included three auto accidents, two falls and two lacerations. Other calls included one medical alert activation.
