ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 22 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Entering auto on the 600 block of Sands Drive;
— Criminal trespass, family violence, on the 200 block of Turner Field Road;
— Missing person on the 700 block of Mobile Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 2000 block of Palmyra Road, the intersection of Newton Road and South Slappey Boulevard, the 200 block of East Road and the 2200 block of South Washington Street;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 2300 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Thefts by taking on the 900 block of Clark Avenue, the 600 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 100 block of Bridges Lane, the 800 block of Dorsett Avenue and the 400 block of South McKinley Street;
— Criminal trespass on the 600 block of Sands Drive, the 500 block of Pinson Road, the 600 block of West Highland Avenue, the 2000 block of Keystone Avenue and the 200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Battery on the 500 block of West First Avenue;
— Simple battery on the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard;
— First-degree burglary on the 2500 block of Belmont Drive;
— Possession of marijuana on the 1300 block of Hobson Street.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 8 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Burglary alarm on the 5700 block of Periwinkle Way;
— Animal at large on the 3500 block of Blue Springs Road;
— Harassing phone calls on the 3200 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Animal running at large on the 5600 block of Hill Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Dorris Street;
— Tree down blocking road on the 2800 block of Leary Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 4400 block of Nichols Street;
— Recovered property on the 5000 block of Van Cise Lane.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department reports were unavailable.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 56 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included two chest pain calls, three abdominal pain calls, four respiratory issue calls, one headache call, one man down call, one stroke call, one diabetic issue call, one OB call and two seizure calls. Trauma calls included six auto accident calls, eight fall calls and two assault calls. Other calls included one stand-by for APD call, two local transport calls and one medical alert activation call.
