ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 15 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Thefts by taking on the 2100 block of Dervan Street, the 300 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 300 block of Williams Street, the 300 block of West Mercer Avenue and the 300 block of South Jackson Street;

— Interfering with a city officer on the 500 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Aggravated battery on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Possession of drug-related objects on the 900 block of Radium Springs Road;

— Financial card transaction fraud on the 600 block of Sandalwood Circle;

— Violation of family violence order on the 500 block of Flint Avenue;

— Battery on the 2700 block of Dawson Road;

— Burglary in the first degree on the 800 block of West second Avenue;

— Suicide or attempted suicide on the 1700 block of South Jackson Street;

— Criminal trespass on the 400 block of Lucille Street;

— Simple battery on the 600 block of Kingsbury Lane.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 24 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Contact persons on the 1200 block of Antioch Road, the 2500 block of Imperial Street, the 3600 block of Slade Avenue and the 2100 block of Habersham Road;

— Suspicious autos on the 100 block of Southeast Rosewood Drive and on the 3100 block of Sylvester Road;

— Burglar alarms on the 2500 block of Cooleewahee Cove Court and on the 7100 block of Hardup Road;

— Animals running at large on the 200 block of Holly Drive and on the 3100 block of Sylvester Road;

— Attempt to contact on the 400 block of Pine Bluff Road;

— Contact person on the 3600 block of Slade Avenue;

— Road block at the intersection of the Liberty Expressway and Moultrie Road;

— Loud music on the 100 block of Mockingbird Drive;

— Assist motorist at the intersection of Tallahassee Road and Old Dawson Road;

— Bank escort on the 700 block of Philema Road;

— Disorderly conduct on the 3600 block of Radial Avenue;

— Personal welfare check on the 7000 block of Philema Road;

— Abandoned vehicle on the 1900 block of South County Line Road;

— Family violence on the 2500 block of North Avenue;

— Man down at the intersection of Dorough Avenue and the Liberty Expressway;

— Suspicious person on the 700 block of River Chase Lane;

— Auto accident at the intersection of South Mock Road and Moultrie Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Brush fires on the 300 block of Carriage Lane and the 900 block of Riley Street;

— Medical assists on the 900 block of Mercedes Street and the 300 block of West Third Avenue;

— Public service on the 1400 block of West Oakridge Drive;

— Authorized controlled burn on the 900 block of Tallahassee Road;

— Passenger vehicle fire on the 600 block of North Westover Boulevard;

— Forest, woods or wildland fire on the 700 block of Spurlock Street;

— Unauthorized burning on the 800 block of Rood Street.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 50 calls on Thursday, available reports indicate. The reports included 38 medical calls and 12 trauma calls. Medical calls included seven respiratory issues, four cardiac arrests, three mental health issues, two seizures, one chest pain call, one diabetic issue, one miscellaneous pain call and 19 other medical calls. Trauma calls included six auto accident victims, four falls and two lacerations.
