ALBANY — The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 40 calls on Thursday, Friday and into the early hours of Saturday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Suspicious autos on the 100 block of North Rosewood Drive, the 1500 block of Broach Avenue and the 1300 block of Williamsburg Road;

— Traffic stops at the intersection of the Liberty Expressway Southeast and Broach Avenue, the 800 block of Old Pretoria Road and the intersection of South Mock Road and Cutts Drive;

— Contact persons on the 6000 block of Hardup Road, the 5600 block of Old Dawson Road and the 2900 block of Wren Avenue;

— Unwanted guests on the 1500 block of Skylark Lane and the 4800 block of Leary Road;

— Suspicious persons on the 5700 block of Newton Road, the 3100 block of War Eagle Drive and the 3000 block of Sylvester Road;

— Burglar alarm on the 1200 block of Moultrie Road;

— Traffic control on the 2000 block of the Liberty Expressway Southeast and the 700 block of Pine Glen Drive;

— Bank escort on the 700 block of Philema Road;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 1200 block of Gaissert Road;

— Animals running at large on the 3000 block of Woodridge Court, the 2000 block of Weymouth Drive and the 200 block of Hibiscus Road;

— Disorderly conduct on the 3000 block of Sylvester Highway and the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;

— Abandoned auto on the 2200 block of Camden Lane;

— Auto accidents on the 300 block of New Thompson Road, the intersection of South County Line Road and Moultrie Road, the intersection of South Mock Road and Moultrie Road, and the 2300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;

— Missing person located on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Miscellaneous call on the 500 block of the Liberty Expressway Southeast;

— Sign down at the intersection of Winifred Road and Van Cise Lane;

— Traffic arrest at the intersection of Oakhaven Drive and Old Pretoria Road;

— Burglary on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;

— Criminal trespass on the 700 block of Morgan Street and the 1500 block of Nelms Road;

— Harassing phone calls on the 600 block of Henson Drive;

— Loud music on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;

— Family violence on the 200 block of Spelman Drive.

ALBANY POLICE: Reports from the Albany Police Department were unavailable over the weekend.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Alarm system activation on the 1200 block of North Westover Boulevard;

— Smoke detector activations on the 2300 block of Druid Hill Court and the 800 block of East Fourth Avenue;

— Unauthorized burning on the 600 block of West Mercer Avenue;

— Arcing, shorted electrical on the 500 block of the Liberty Expressway;

— Extinguishing system activated on the 900 block of Clark Avenue;

— Power line down on the 2100 block of Indica Trail.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County Emergency Medical Services responded to at least 72 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included eight chest pain calls, six respiratory issues, 19 general sickness calls, two abdominal pain calls, one back pain call, two choking calls, one man down, three faintings, one stroke, two diabetic issues, three altered mental status calls and one other medical issue. Trauma calls included two traumatic injuries, one overdose, two auto accidents, 11 falls, two lacerations, one assault, one gunshot/stabbing victim and one fire. Other types of calls included one local transport and one medical alert activation.
