Albany, Dougherty County Police/Fire/EMS reports — May 21-22

ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 12 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Escape on the 300 block of North Washington Street;

— Thefts by taking on the 400 block of Fulse Lane, the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 1100 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive;

— Burglary on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive;

— Aggravated assault on the 2700 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Possession or use of drug-related objects on the 1700 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Hit and run on the corner of North Slappey Boulevard and Dawson Road;

— Interfering with a city officer prohibited on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Entering automobiles on the 2000 block of Midplace Avenue and the 4000 block of Gillionville Road;

— Arson on the 1200 block of Parker Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least two calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Family violence on the 600 block of Henson Drive;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1400 block of the Liberty Expressway Southeast.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Motor vehicle accident on the 600 block of McCollum Drive;

— Power lines down at the corner of Lynn Lane and Crawford Drive and the 2200 block of Palmyra Road;

— Animal rescue on the 1500 block of Mitchell Avenue;

— Unauthorized burning on the 1200 block of Parker Avenue;

— EMS assist on the 600 block of North Washington Street;

— Gas leak on the 2300 block of Willson Road.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 62 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included four chest pain calls, nine respiratory issues calls, two abdominal pain/problem calls, one allergic reaction/sting call, two back pain calls, two unknown/man down calls, 17 general sickness calls, one faint call, three altered mental status calls, one stroke call, two diabetic issues calls, one seizure call, one abnormal behavior/suicide attempt call and one various medical call. Trauma calls included three auto accidents, six falls, two assaults and one burn victim. Other types of calls included two medical alert activations.
