ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 12 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Aggravated assaults on the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue, the 400 block of South McKinley Street and the 400 block of West Third Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 1000 block of Netherland Lane, the 2700 block of Dawson Road and the 200 block of Cordele Road;

— Entering auto on the 900 block of Randolph Street;

— Criminal damage to property on the 200 block of Thornton Drive;

— Simple battery on the 800 block of Odom Avenue;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 400 block of Cedar Avenue;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2700 block of Dawson Road.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 14 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Auto accidents on the 1000 block of Spring Hill Drive, the 4700 block of Gillionville Road, the 800 block of Philema Road and the 3300 block of Clark Avenue;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 300 block of South Westover Boulevard;

— Drug overdose on the 3000 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Public indecency on the 3200 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Suspicious auto on the 1200 block of Old Pretoria Road;

— Suspicious persons on the 1200 block of Nixon Drive, the 3600 block of Slade Avenue and the 200 block of Redbud Road;

— Criminal trespass on the 5100 block of Highgate Court;

— Speeding auto on the 4800 block of Pinto Drive;

— Theft by taking on the 2900 block of Thrasher Avenue.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least five calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Motor vehicle accident on the corner of Blaylock Street and East Residence Avenue

— EMS calls on the 500 block of College Drive, the 600 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 3000 block of Sylvester Highway and the 900 block of West Tift Avenue.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 63 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included two chest pain calls, two abdominal pain/problem calls, 10 respiratory issue calls, 26 general sickness calls, two faint calls, one altered mental status call, one diabetic call, two abnormal behavior/suicide attempt calls, two cardiac arrest/death calls and three various medical calls. Trauma calls included two auto accidents, six falls, one assault and one electrocution. Other calls included one local transport and one medical alert activation.
