ALBANY POLICE: Albany Police Department reports were unavailable at press time.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 11 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Auto accidents on the 3500 block of Sylvester Highway, the corner of North Westover Boulevard and Gillionville Road, the intersection of Newton Road and Oakhaven Drive, the corner of South County Line Road and Spring Flats Road, and the intersection of Moultrie Road and Nelms Road;
— Miscellaneous property damage on the 2400 block of Cherry Laurel Lane;
— Terroristic threats on the 2800 block of Spring Flats Road and the 4100 block of Stage Coach Road;
— Abandoned auto on the 800 block of Morgan Court;
— Stalking on Notre Dame Avenue;
— Family violence on the 2200 block of Duitman Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 18 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Passenger vehicle fire on the 1000 block of Valley Road;
— Motor vehicle accidents on the 1600 block of Gillionville Road, the corner of Newton Road and Oakhaven Drive, the 600 block of Pointe North Boulevard, the corner of the Liberty Expressway Southeast and North Slappey Boulevard, the intersection of Pointe North Boulevard and Old Dawson Road, on South County Line Road, the 4000 block of Moultrie Road, the 2100 block of West Oakridge Drive, and the corner of North Westover Boulevard and Old Dawson Road;
— Medical assists on the 1700 block of West Oakridge Drive and the 1000 block of St. Andrews Drive;
— Building fire on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Unauthorized burning on the 1200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Arcing electrical on the 3700 block of Plumcrest Avenue and the 1500 block of Shirley Avenue;
— Authorized controlled burning on the 600 block of 12th Avenue;
— Assist EMS on the 900 block of South Slappey Boulevard.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 69 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included two chest pain calls, one unknown/man down call, 12 respiratory issue calls, 21 general sickness calls, one fainting call, one altered mental status call, one OB call, two seizure calls and one various medical call. Trauma calls included 12 auto accident calls, six falls, two laceration calls, two assault calls and one animal bite call. Other calls included two interfacility transport calls and two medical alert activation calls.
