Albany police make arrest in connection with Rite Aid burglaries
David Lee Sweet charged with two counts of burglary

ALBANY — A 58-year-old man was booked into the Dougherty County Jail Wednesday afternoon after having been charged in connection with a series of break-ins at a local pharmacy.
According to a media notice from the Albany Police Department, David Lee Sweet was arrested and charged with two counts of burglary after authorities linked him to the Feb. 28 and March 13 break-ins at the Rite Aid pharmacy at 2400 Mock Road.
Banks was taken into custody on the the 300 block of Mock Road and booked into the jail at approximately 4:11 p.m. Wednesday.
