Arts Around the Square Festival set for March 23 in downtown Cuthbert
Art, theater, music are part of Cuthbert festival next month

CUTHBERT — With the support of the Georgia Council for the Arts, Andrew College will host its second annual Arts Around the Square Festival next month.
The festival is scheduled 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on March 23 in historic downtown Cuthbert.
“Join others downtown as you experience art, theatre, music, creative writing and more,” college officials said in a news release. “Regional musicians and artists will be on site.”
Officials said two new outdoor murals, designed by regionally recognized artist Chris Johnson, visual arts instructor at Andrew, and painted by Johnson and several other short-term helpers, will also be dedicated at 3 p.m. Food vendors will be close at hand, and maps of the buildings open with exhibitions and events will be available on site.
All of the day’s activities are free and open to the public and suitable for all ages.
