“Thank you, city of Albany, for putting together a city-wide neighborhood watch program. I think this will help cut down on crime in the city because when neighborhood watch groups can share info and help each other fight crime, this will help the police with their job. Kudos to everyone who pulled this off. Thank you. I am humbled to be a part of this positive process.”
