PROMOTION
Pam McDonald-Garrett has been promoted to president of JLA International.
She previously served JLA as chief financial officer and was responsible for finance, operations, client relations, human resources and information technology.
McDonald -Garrett was previously employed with SB&T Bank of Albany, a Synovus affiliate, for 15 years as a private banker and sales manager. Before joining SB&T, McDonald-Garrett was a bank examiner with the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance and an educator.
She has an associate degree in journalism from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, bachelor degrees in English and accounting from Valdosta State University and a master
