ALBANY — Heavy rains pelted southwest Georgia early Saturday afternoon, but by mid-afternoon the clouds had moved out and events like the highly successful Flint Riverkeeper 10th anniversary celebration in downtown Albany commenced under clear and unseasonably cool skies.
