Tribunal recommends Riggins’ suspension
Dougherty County School Board member Velvet Riggins and an ad hoc committee of the proposed College and Career Academy announced at a Tuesday meeting that a special steering committee would be formed on Sept. 27 and committee officers would also be elected then.
