Former Palmyra CEO dies in crash
An Ocala, Fla., firefighter works at the scene of a fatal airplane crash-landing near the Ocala International Airport on Friday. P. Allen Golson, the new CEO of Ocala Health System and former Palmyra Medical Center CEO, was killed in the incident. His wife was injured.
