PERRY — The Go Fish Center in Perry is hosting two Fishing Day Camps in June for children who enjoy being outdoors. With limited space available and approaching deadlines, families are asked to register soon. The summer camp sessions are planned:

— June 12-14, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (registration deadline is June 8);

— June 26-28, 9:30 a.m.-12:30p.m. (registration deadline is June 22).

Children will learn how to fish, receive safety tips, casting instructions and how to clean your catch. They will also learn about fish biology, habitat and conservation all through guided instructions, tours and educational activities.

The day camps cost $75 each, due on the first day of each session. The fee includes admission to the Go Fish Education Center, educational instruction, use of equipment and bait. Campers are welcome to bring their own food and drink.
