NASHVILLE — Leesburg native Luke Bryan’s video of a song co-written by Cole Swindell of Bronwood and Michael Carter of Sylvester, “Roller Coaster,” made its debut today at people.com. Click here to see it.

The new single is set to hit airwaves July 14 and follows “Play It Again,” Bryan’s fourth straight No. 1 single from his double-platinum album “Crash My Party.”

The video was shot at Panama City, Fla., during Bryan’s spring break performances there earlier this year. “Anytime I can stand on a beach and film a video is a good day,” Bryan said in an interview with People Country.

Bryan told People that he’s made a lot of memories over the years on the beaches of Panama City, a longtime favorite destination of Southwest Georgians, particularly those on spring break. Bryan annually performs a free concert at the Spinnaker Beach Club, and he and his wife, Caroline, recently bought a beach house in the area.

“There’s been tons of memories,” he said, “stuff that still makes me smile, some stuff I’ve forgotten and some I want to forget!”

“Roller Coaster” was directed by Bryan’s longtime videographer, Michael Monaco.

“Michael has been part of my organization for the past four years,” shares Bryan. “In my opinion, he did such an amazing job visually capturing these lyrics.”

Bryan also had high praise for the songwriters.

“Two of my best friends, Michael Carter and Cole Swindell, wrote it and I could not be more proud of them,” he said. “It’s one of the first songs I heard for this album and it is so well crafted!”

Bryan is currently on his sold-out That’s My Kind of Night Tour and will be making his first ever appearances as a stadium headliner on this summer’s dates at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pa. on Saturday.
