Oh Tannenbaum: Friends decorate house with 65 Christmas trees.

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

SYCAMORE, Ga. &#8212 Friends Carol Ray and Tammy Pate really like Christmas trees. That’s likely why the two have put up more than 65 artificial trees in Ray’s house.

The Tifton Gazette reports that Ray and Pate, who have been longtime friends, started putting up a handful of trees several years ago and each year the practice has grown. Last year Ray decided to open her house up during the Christmas season to show off her collection of trees.

The paper reports that Ray will do so this year on Dec. 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. at her home at 400, Georgia Highway 32 in Sycamore. Ray is asking visitors to bring either and unwrapped toy or a canned-food item which she plans to donate to people who are less fortunate.
