ALBANY — The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two brothers, Darryl Mingo and JaCorey Mingo, who are suspects in a drive-by shooting at 624 West Fourth Ave.

JaCorey Mingo, 19, is wanted for aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, Albany police officials say. His last known address is listed as 668 W. Society Ave.

According to reports, JaCorey Mingo also uses an address in Midland, Texas, but he is believed to be in Albany. He is 6-feet-1 and weighs 165 pounds.

Darryl Mingo, 17, is wanted for aggravated assault in connection to the same incident. He has the same last known address and also uses a Midland, Texas, address. He, too, is believed to be in Albany, according to APD.

Darryl Mingo is 6-feet-1 and weighs 135 pounds.
