The second Congressional district boundary lines are drawn to give a minority majority to the district. Doesn’t this disenfranchise the other members of the district? Does it give an unfair advantage to a minority candidate running in this district? You bet it does.

The GOP has run everything in D.C. for the past two years. Why didn’t they work on comprehensive immigration reform? Congress needs to do its job.

If you want to know why Lowndes County schools are better than Dougherty County, all you have to do is look at the members on the school board and the superintendent. Lowndes County has quality people.

Pretty incompetent for the Post Office to have only two small mail drop boxes downtown, which get jammed full around 5 p.m. It should not take a rocket scientist to know with all of the businesses downtown they merit more than two small drop boxes for customers to place their stamped mail.

The lib-Dems have never supported the middle class. Hillary lamented the fact the middle class never supported her but why would they?

I also tried to call Albany Utilities to pay my bill. After 25 minutes of waiting, they hung up on me without answering.

I’d like to know when the city is going to start back repairing and resurfacing the streets of Albany. They only did a few, and there’s a lot more that need to be fixed.
