squawkbox

At the time, I agreed with the squawker about Mark Richt not having Miami motivated and prepared to play, but ironically, it appears Kirby didn’t have the Bulldogs motivated either. Embarrassing loss to Texas.

The French protesters are having the same problems America has. Their media just won’t tell the truth.

Please, girls, young ladies and women, don’t wear those torn/ripped jeans/slacks out in public. They look and make you look trashy.

Trump is damned. His chose immoral and unethical paths of greed for more money and power. It’s part of the life his father taught him, the life he has taught his children, and the life he chooses to live. Those who support him are susceptible to that greed.

Great article on Darrel Ealum. He was far more qualified than his opponent but lost the election due to the color of his skin. Sadly this same prejudicial voting and choice of candidates has and will continue to prevent Albany from ever attracting highly qualified candidates to head up the various city and county services.

The Democrats have nothing to do with lower gas prices; they will, however, have everything to do with rising taxes.

Channel 10 television opted to bring no news at all on the first day of the year.

My New Year’s resolution is to relocate to a more welcoming community. It seems that the city of Albany is overrun by mean, divorced women.

New year, same old boring squawks.

Holy Tuscaloosa, the Georgia Bulldogs choked again. Them Bulldogs are overrated.

To the Sheriff of Dougherty County: Be a man and make your own decisions.

Thanks for the insightful article on B.J. Fletcher that nailed the issues facing our city. She is forthright, 100 percent on target and truly has Albany at heart.

I was watching the bowl games over the holiday, and a lot of those football players looked like they had mops on the top of their heads.

Good old Romney: Begged Trump for his endorsement and money three times. As soon as he gets his leather loafers in the door, he starts treating him like old Flake. You-know-what sticks together.

Over Thanksgiving and Christmas, people who came to visit talked about how much the mall has gone down. I rode by out there and see what they’re talking about. That fence is ugly and needs to be taken down. I don’t know who to contact out there, but maybe they read the Squawkbox.

It would be helpful if you florists gave the giver’s address on the back of the card.

Of course the left is opposed to the law. It will keep undocumented Democrats from flowing into the country.

The draft-dodger says he knows better than the generals how to fight terrorism. What a joke.

Sanford Bishop and the Democrats didn’t have any problem wasting money on the Cash for Clunkers fiasco that was a failure, but they want to balk at funding for the wall that will save American lives? Strange.

As the third year of the Trump administration begins, the war on the truth continues.
