I wish the Trump haters would just go. I don’t care where … just go.
Looks like they are making the second remake of the movie “Manchurian Candidate,” starring Donald Trump and the Senate Republicans.
Georgia Senators Perdue and Isakson voted to lift sanctions against the Russian oligarch who is a close friend of Putin. Why are they supporting our enemy? Democrats, joined by 11 loyal Republican Senators, were opposed to lifting the sanctions, and demonstrated their loyalty to America. Republicans continue to support Trump, whose close ties to our enemy pose a clear threat to American democracy.
All those of you who want to build that wall: Who’s going to fix your roof after the next storm?
The Russians meddled in our elections, hacked political parties, Marco Rubio, and other political candidates. The Senate intelligence committee should demand to know what Trump tells Putin and other foreign governments in secret meetings. Trump’s lying and agreements with American adversaries proves he is a risk to U.S. security around the world.
It was great to read another editorial by Mac Gordon. Hottie tottie.
I think it’s very sad to look in the paper every other day and see where Albany Area Health Care is opening a new facility. It looks like their time, effort and money would be used in taking better care of the patients they have.
Now that the college football season is over, the Lake Park co-ed streaking team is now accepting new members. Let’s rendezvous at Lake Loretta after the 11 o’clock news and streak through Lake Park.
Poor Roger Marietta: Surely he’s not foolish enough to think he’ll ever be mayor. Talk about self-delusion.
I bet none of the elected representatives in Washington or their staffs are going without pay.
Pinocchio, you can still pay your house rent. They didn’t cut out welfare.
It is a shame more of those furloughed federal workers aren’t Mormon. They would have their six-month pantry and savings to carry them through hard times. We weren’t Mormon, but my parents always had money and food put back because of my father’s union going on strike.
What can’t Albany have more than two grocery chains?
Interesting question. How can one gas station have gas at $2.06 Sunday night, then Monday morning it was $1.91 at 9:30. When I came back by at 10:30, it was $1.99. Who’s handling those numbers? Seems like someone’s monkeying around.
Everybody’s worried about this shutdown for three weeks. Try going on strike for three months. These people can’t make it through three weeks? They must be in bad shape.
Russia didn’t try to blow up the World Trade Center and then accomplish it with hijacked airplanes. That was the Muslims. And Democrats can’t get their noses far enough up Muslims’ behinds.
To the Squawker who said he had to go to Captain D’s in east Albany for good food: No offense to Captain D’s, but that person really knows high cuisine, don’t he?
