To the squawker who said heroes only come home in body bags and with life-changing injuries is the most despicable thing I ever heard. I guess he was a coward like Trump.
To the “non-Republican” squawker:” Micheal Reagan is a journalist and an author with his own set of views and opinions. They aren’t necessarily the same as Ronald Reagan or the same views the Republican Party leadership has today. You better sign up for Poli Sci 101 so the daily news won’t terrify you anymore.
I don’t care if you’re a Democrat or a Republican. If you believe in the infallibility of any man, you have put God second in your life and elevated that person to the status that should be God’s.
Crazy that Jussie Smollett will not be charged for filing a false police report and creating a fake hate crime attack. I guess if you are a Hollywood actor you can get away with anything.
I love the Cakery! So sad to read Michelle won’t be doing the cooking anymore, but I’m happy that it’s staying all in the family.
Sad that the city thinks a rap concert will save the city. We must have hit rock bottom.
There’s no way the Albany Night for Hope raised more than $26,000. That’s just more fake news.
As always, David Perdue signed on to Trump’s legislation to end insurance protection for hard-working Georgians. Safeguards like pre-existing conditions protection will be eliminated if Perdue and Trump have their way. David Perdue does not serve Georgia. He serves at the command and pleasure of Trump. He is an embarrassment to the state.
That’s right, any time Trump is proved right, it’s a win for all right-thinking Americans. He is the only thing keeping this country from total chaos.
Talk sure has quieted down about the Albany mayor’s race. Have all those people who were expected to run changed their mind, or is this just the calm before the storm?
God bless Greg Frich, the Frich family and all the other Civil Air Patrol participants and supporters. These young people are by far Albany and Lee County’s best.
Fletcher probably does think 16-year-olds should vote. He wrote that we should do away with the Electoral College before this current set of bozos even got in office. Making fun of the Democrats for their idiotic notion to lower the voting age to 16 doesn’t change the fact that he is liberal through and through.
At least Johnny Isakson had the guts to tell the president he was wrong to make negative comments about a war hero like John McCain. David Perdue has to get the president’s permission to say anything. How did this guy ever run a business with no backbone?
If I heard correctly at the City Commission meeting Tuesday night, the commission is going to go ahead and double the amount of road work it does this year based on the T-SPLOST vote. That’s the kind of forward-thinking action we’ve been looking for all along. Do what you said you’d do: Fix the roads, the potholes and the alleys and you’ll get my support.
