Ya know, I believe Jesus had facial hair.

Everyone has seen those hay bales and farm equipment out at the airport. Did the city think they’d secretly gone into the hay business? The city needs to deal in good faith and let Mr. Moore get on with his business.

You’re quoting the Treaty of Tripoli. The newly born U.S. was making it known their fight was against piracy not Islam. Shrewd politics. Your own fellow secularist (Thomas Essel) would warn you sternly that you are taking it completely out of context.

Pay Mr. Moore and continue his lease agreement. Stop being unfair to an honest man, Albany.

For two years the left has been spouting off about collusion and other unfounded charges, but they won’t admit to a border crisis that is obvious to anyone paying attention. What planet have they been living on?

This situation with Mr. Moore is just sad to me. A good citizens is just trying to make a living doing a tough job, and out of nowhere he has his land overtaken. We need to support our farmers.

Re-elect Trump in 2020! Let’s make him president for life! #Greatest president ever.

While it’s easy to understand that mother’s grief, her trying to sue everyone even remotely related to the incident (or, more likely, to get a friendly settlement from the city) is just wrong. He was where he shouldn’t have been of his own free will. He suffered the consequences.

When will people in Albany realize that as long as they continue not supporting acts that come here, they are the very thing that is keeping shows away and, therefore, the reason “there’s nothing to do here?”

The city should reimburse Mr. Moore for the money that he put into this land to make it sufficient to produce hay as well as for the crop that he was not able to produce because of the debris. Whether it was 10 acres or 200 acres that was used, the point is he had a contact and it was breached by the city.

The city of Albany refusing to pay a Navy veteran for land that they and federal officials screwed up? No way. Fake news.

Spectra has been one of the best things to happen to the city of Albany, entertainment-wise. To accuse them of racism because no promoter with half a brain would bring a hip-hop act here shows a true lack of business understanding. But this is Albany, and that’s how people have been getting what they want here for decades.

That Navy veteran hay farmer should be given a new contract to continue to produce hay that is much needed in this area by places like Chehaw and for people to feed their livestock. Be fair to your good citizens, city of Albany, and do the right thing.

Thank you, Mr. Bill Moore, for your service. The city of Albany may not appreciate you, but the people who respect men and women who serve this country sure do.

So a mother wants to sue everybody she can think of to pay for her son’s death, except the people who killed him. Maybe she should also add her own name to that long list: She’s the one who didn’t teach him not to go to places like that.
