Fellow squawker and assistant manager Stephen Collier ask why Mr. Moore isn’t exercising his right to the other leased field. Possibly because the same assistant manager also says the lease is invalid. So … can Mr. Moore work the signed and paid lease or will he be arrested for trespassing for using his leased key and entering secured airport grounds?

Auburn fans are like pollen. I didn’t see any a month ago, but now there everywhere and it’s giving me a headache.

I have to ask myself: If Bill Moore had more connections in the city and county government, would his land have been used and abused the way it was? I don’t think so.

Don’t you liberals see: You can’t touch President Trump? He is a true man of the people, and all your attempts to remove him from office will fail. He is this country’s greatest president ever.

To get elected in America: (1) Become an activist and convince voters that they are deprived, which cost your integrity; (2) sell out to special interests, which cost them millions; or (3) get an aging, in-need-of-attention, once sorority want-to-be to accuse your opponent of having once made her feel uneasy, which cost you nothing.

After watching the PBS report on the Mueller investigation, how can any sane person still support Trump as our POTUS? He’s a disgrace.

Most of the Vietnam veterans I know say that John McCain was a rich kid and a coward. They say that he did not want to be released from the Viet Cong POW camp because then he would have been sent back into the war as an active U.S. soldier to be shot at. Next the liberals will be claiming Jane Fonda as a war hero.

What people who don’t know Bill Moore don’t get is that this is a very good man who served his country who is being treated poorly by an ungrateful and selfish group of city officials who dismissed him when they needed his property more than they needed his hard work and his monthly lease payment.

The city needs to hire new street repair people who repair the streets since the present crew’s work falls apart the next day, especially if it rains.

If it involves lawyers and politicians (not in that order), the world lacks order unless a few control the many. Independent thinkers are rare, exotic breeds that need taming. I have always heard politicians are never satisfied until they pass a law requiring every citizen to receive a certificate in potty training.

I am so tired of hearing WALB advertising their coverage of the Tara Grinstead case. I know their families and others like myself get tired of hearing this announcement (like an ad) every time we turn on the TV. Enough is enough. If it continues, I may have to resort to watching only FOX and CBS.

Mr. Phil Cannon: Please don’t let the city of Albany get away with treating Bill Moore like they have. He is a decent, hard-working man who deserves better.
