I believe Ms. Fletcher is one of the best things that’s happened to Albany; she has the best interest of the city at heart. I also see why qualified people don’t run for office. Look how she’s being jumped on for trying to do what’s best for Albany.

There is a difference between regular retirement money and money from your own paycheck you set aside 30 years. The bonus has interest. That money has likely been invested; not just sitting around. This is the same thing we do and we’re planning on retiring well too.
