Georgia Court of Appeals Judge Ken Hodges, right, swears in attorney Landen Benson to the State of Georgia Appeals Court this week. Benson also was sworn in to the State Supreme Court by Chief Justice Michael Boggs. Benson, an attorney at Arnall, Golden and Gregory in Atlanta and a recent graduate of Washington and Lee Law School, is the son of Scot and Tracie Morrissey. He also is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
