PATRICK MILLSAPS: To my daughters: 10 signs he is wasting your time

To my daughters,

1. If he spends more time on his hair than you do; you are wasting your time.

2. If he does not open the door for you; you are wasting your time.

3. If you know more about his workout routine than he does about your daily routine; you are wasting your time.

4. If he does not respect his mama; you are wasting your time.

5. If, at the age of 25, he still relies on his parents to pay for anything; you are wasting your time.

6. If he ever requests that you text him a picture of a body part; you are wasting your time.

7. If he states “You need to …” instead of asking “What can I do to help?”; you are wasting your time.

8. If he looks at himself in a mirror, more than he looks at you; you are wasting your time.

9. If, in response to a physical threat, he responds by using the words “calling my lawyer”; you are wasting your time.

10. And, if he ever does anything to make you feel less valuable than you are to me; I will end all his remaining time.
