Poker Run to roll into Ashburn Saturday

ASHBURN — The Ashburn Women’s Club will present a Poker Run Saturday.
The event is slated for 11 a.m. at La Hacienda’s Mexican restaurant in Ashburn, with registration beginning at 10 a.m.
Admission is $20 per hand and $10 per extra hand, with proceeds going toward the purchase of Thanksgiving meals.
The run will include stops at Harley Davidson in Tifton, Rockin’ Bowlin’ in Douglas and Cirillo’s Pizza in Fitzgerald before returning to La Hacienda’s.
Prize for the winning hand will be $150.
The event will also include 50-50 raffle tickets for a large gift basket.

Albany gas prices among Georgia’s lowest as summer fuel costs decline
According to AAA, the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in the Albany metro area was approximately $3.45 this week, making Albany the second-least expensive metro market in Georgia behind Dalton at $3.41 and slightly ahead of Brunswick at $3.48.
