ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 44 incidents Friday into the earl hours of Saturday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Theft by taking a trash can on the 1000 block of West Lincoln Avenue;

— Assault (family violence) on the 300 block of Vintage Road;

— Damaging mailboxes on the 1900 block of Riverview Circle;

— Entering auto on the 800 block of Riley Street;

— Threats (family violence) on the 2400 block of Clark Avenue;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 1600 block of Whitney Drive;

— Injured person, dog bite on the 500 block of Johnson Road;

— Theft by conversion on the 100 block of Slappey Boulevard;

— Cruelty to animals on the 3400 block of Forest Ridge Drive;

— Theft by taking a transmission from a vehicle on the 600 block of Johnson Road;

— Deceased person on the 1700 block of Jefferson Street;

— Criminal trespass (domestic violence) on the 400 block of Wadkins Avenue;

— Aggravated assault on the 600 block of Corn Avenue;

— Injured person on the 2100 block of Tompkins Avenue;

— Assault (family violence) on the 3900 block of Rodner Forest Lane;

— Robbery by force on the 2800 block of Old Dawson Road;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 100 block of North Front Street;

— Burglary on the 1300 block of Hobson Street, the 1200 block of Parker Avenue, the 100 block of Embleton Court and the 700 block of 10th Avenue;

— Domestic (unfounded) on the 1700 block of Melrose Drive.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 25 calls, according to police reports.

Police responded to incidents including:

— Deceased person on the 2500 block of Fox Ridge Drive;

— Theft of a $650 swing and frame from the back yard of a residence on the 2300 block of Radium Springs Road;

— Theft of service, illegal cable hookup on the 500 block of Old Pretoria Road;

— Child abuse under investigation after being reported by a teacher on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;

— family violence on the 1200 block of Stephens Lane;

— Family violence (verbal) on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road.
