ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 35 incidents Thursday and early Friday.

— Forgery in the first degree, a bogus $20 bill was passed;

— Battery on the 900 block of East Oglethorpe;

— Obstruction of a law enforcement officer on the 300 block of East Broad Avenue;

— Aggravated assault on the 1400 block of Jackson Street;

— Injured person on the 700 block of Holloway Drive;

— Theft by taking, a woman reported a man named “Hollywood” stole $500 from her wallet on the 400 block of Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 500 block of Magnolia Street;

— False imprisonment, when officers arrived a man was beating a woman and wouldn’t allow her out of the room on the 1400 block of Mulberry Avenue;

— Simple battery (family violence) on the 300 block of West Highland Avenue;

— Simple battery (domestic violence) on the 1300 block of South Monroe Street;

— Domestic (unfounded) on the 1900 block of South Cherry Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 17 calls, according to available police reports.

— Domestic violence (battery) on the 600 block of Holly Drive;

— Domestic violence (unfounded) on the 500 block of Pine Bluff Road.
