ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least 46 incidents Wednesday into the morning hours of Thursday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Felony thefts of air conditioners from two businesses on the 900 block of Broad Avenue;
— Forgery and theft by deception: A customer used a fake account number and misspelled the name he signed on a receipt on the 1800 block of Gillionville Road;
— Pointing a pistol or gun at another person: Police responded to a call about a man pointing a gun at a man and three juveniles on the 800 block of Holloway Avenue during an argument;
— Injured person, dog bite, on the 3600 block of Club Drive;
— Felony theft by taking on the 2200 block of Lincoln Avenue;
— Burglaries on the 600 block of Corn Avenue and the 1200 block of Parker Avenue;
— Motor vehicle thefts on the 400 block of West Tift Avenue and the 1500 block of South Harding Street;
— Entering autos on the 700 block of Drexel Street, the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive, the 2300 block of Palmyra Road, the 300 block of Wells Avenue, the 200 block of East Broad Avenue and the 2000 block of Clark Avenue;
— Assaults (family violence) on the 1700 block of East Broad Avenue, the 1700 block of Madison Street and the 1600 block of Whiting Drive;
— Battery (domestic violence) on the 500 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Assault (domestic violence) on the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue;
— Domestic disurbances (unfounded) on the 1400 block of East Fourth Avenue and the 800 block of Cardinal Court.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 15 calls Wednesday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Vehicle crash involving a deer on Philema Road south of River Pointe Drive;
— Missing person on the 1200 block of Stephen Lane;
— Injured person: A man cutting down a tree was shocked when the tree struck a power line on the 2800 block of Spring Flats Road.
— Simple battery (family violence) on the 6300 block of Headder Street.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency Medical Services responded to 62 calls on Wednesday. There were 43 medical calls, 16 trauma calls and three other calls. Medical calls included six chest pains, five respiratory problems, one nausea/vomiting, two people fainted, two altered mental states, one seizure, three obstetrics, one mental problem, two miscellaneous pain calls, one cardiac arrest, one stroke symptoms and 18 various medical issues. Trauma calls included eight vehicle crash injuries, three falls, two lacerations, one bite and two fights/assaults.
LEE SHERIFF: Lee County deputies responded to at least six calls Wednesday, according to reports. Deputies responded to incidents including:
— Entering autos on the 100 block of Querecho Lane and the 300 block of Foxworth Drive;
— Fraud: A tax return was filed in a woman’s name by another person on the 300 block of Philema Road;
— Wanted person on the 100 block of Main Street in Smithville.
ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 23 calls Tuesday and Wednesday including seven false alarms, clean up fuel on ground after two-vehicle crash, a malfunctioning alarm, leaves on fire, two vehicle fires, a trash bin fire, power lines down, smoke odor, a public service call, a high angle rescue, a gas leak, three trash fires and an unattended cooking call.
